Norrie Select Status “No Sex”
A British expat who claim not to have sex status is believed to be the first person in the world who do not officially recognized as having a gender categories male or female.
Norrie May-Welby (48) was born into the world as a man. However, he then decided to do a sex in 1990 at the age of 28 years. After that, she was not happy being a woman and Norrie finally decided to become a “neuter”. As a result, he is now officially recognized as someone who does not have a specific gender.
May-Welby had migrated to Australia at the age of seven years. He was born and raised in Paisley, Renfrewshire town, England.
UK Government refused to issue birth certificates for Norrie because they can not create a new classification for the status of citizens without gender. In addition, the doctors also claimed could not tell the sex of the body of this expat.
“The concept of a man or woman is not fit for me. The simplest solution is to not have one of identification,” said Norrie.
British Institute of Gender Trust stated no objection to the choices made Norrie. “A lot of people liked the idea of a person without gender,” said a spokesman.
